Hello! My name is Melanie Love. I am the Writing and Grammar teacher for the entire 5th grade at Buffalo Elementary. This is my 9th year teaching here at Buffalo. I graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2010 with a dual major in Elementary and Special Education.
I look forward to helping my students develop a passion for writing through a method called Writer's Workshop. We will have class discussions, mini lessons to develop writing styles and strengthen writing skills, and we will explore how grammar and writing overlap.
