All K-5 students are strongly encouraged to "dress for a mess" on their Art day(s) each week, as accidents or stains can occur with art materials. Thank you!!!
*** PLEASE SEE YOUR CHILD'S "ART" LINK ON THEIR "SCHOOLOGY HOME PAGE" FOR ALL POSTED ART CLASS ASSIGNMENTS. A SIMPLE, AT-HOME LESSON OR PROJECT VIDEO WILL BE POSTED FOR ABSENT STUDENTS.***
No scheduled tests or quizzes.
Grades
Buffalo students in Grades 4th and 5th will receive an Art grade at the end of each semester (twice a year, both in January, 2023 and May, 2023).
Three (3) criteria will be graded. Students will earn a +, / (check), or - (minus) based on whether they:
1.) Demonstrate an interest in Art,
2.) Express ideas creatively, and
3.) Show a concern for supplies and materials
