Andrea McQueen's Teacher Page
Hello! My name is Mrs. Andrea Jackson I am a second grade teacher at Buffalo Elementary. I started teaching at Buffalo in 2023. Prior to 2023, I was teaching elementary and middle school in Denver, CO.
In May 2012, I received my Bachelor's of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh. I then went onto graduate school and in May 2013, I graduated with a Master's of Arts in Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh. I then went back to school in 2017 to receive a certificate in Culturally Linguistic and Diverse Education from Regis University.
The other second grade teachers and I team teach. We work together to provide fun, educational activities that coincide with our curriculum.
I am thrilled to be a member of the Buffalo Elementary faculty, and I love teaching 2nd grade!
